We will be needing some critical furniture ( recliner, daybed) within 48 hours of our moving in date to an apartment on the Plaza. How quickly can delivery be arranged?

All depends what you buy and how you intend to get it

For me it was roughly 5 business days. (Weekends were full) if the location has the items in stock you can possibly pick up same day.

Sometimes same-day delivery can be arranged for a fee... Almost always within 3 days.

I bought theater seating Wednesday May 1st, first delivery day I could have was Monday the 6th.
