Collection was just OK. Change rooms were locked and no one bothered to come and open the rooms though they could see that you were waiting there. I had to go and ask a rep if the change rooms were in usable condition, which is when he came and unlocked one of the rooms. That was nice of him to act immediately. The one at cash counter applied the wrong price during checkout, 55 per item instead of 50 and I had to remind him that the price was marked down to 50 and then he fixed it. I think overall, the place lacks attention from people working there.

Very nice store, tons of product and sizes we were looking for, their sale items were a pretty good deal, checking out was fast and efficient!

I returned a couple of items I had bought for my wife and wanted to change them to the right sizes. As soon as I got to the legend store, I went to ask the associate by the door about what I should do since I do not have my receipt with me thinking that they could pull the purchase up with my card. The associate at the door directed me to a cashier who scanned my item tags and said I should go pick the right size. I did as I was told, got the right size and on getting back to the cashier, it was another cashier and I had to explain myself all over. This cashier then said to me “I have to check if you bought it” I was like what are you insinuating? She was pretty rude. I asked for the manager who did not help matters taking sides with the cashier. I really felt slighted. The customer service experience I had today was really poor.
