Personally i think its the best time to go. The weather is nice and it is not overcrowded.

Defiantly, it's not cold at all.... being a sweater if you plan on staying late, the new shows and rides are awsome, something for all ages
If you go during the day it's warmer till the sun goes down.
Right the weather is in the 70' an 80 degree weather. And the have lunar New year celebration going on in February an new rides.
