They have an Orca Encounter, with a lot of great information about them, and they play and entertain. Great show.
It's more educational now... but like others mentions you can book dine in with orca's. You can do VR 360.. by paying $ 10 per person. I heard it's awesome.. it us an virtual reality thing where you will feel like you are swimming next to them..

Yes. The trainers just don't go in the water with the whales. The show is more informative rather than entertaining.

Yes. You can spend a little extra to dine next to them while trainers feed them and interact with them. They also have a show where they talk about the Killer Whales and educate the crowd about them. Trainers no longer get into the water with them for the shows though. But it's still nice to see them breach the water and splash the crowd.

The orca encounter is a comparable show.
