If I brought a wagon and had a small cooler with water bottle and a few snacks would they let me in or tell me to take it back to my car? Also any VA discounts?

My family and i just went 3 days earlier they didn't allow outside food or drinks but the wagon is not a problem preferably close parking to tow the wagon

Wagon means a car with inbuilt trolley is not allowed inside the campus, you should have to park outside the gate at Parking place. Regarding cooler it is not possible to take inside, I think they will not allowed inside gate. Regarding snacks & foods, you can bring but you can not to spread to animals. I think you satisfied with my reply from 🇮🇳 India.
