It's better during the weekdays. If you get there early you need to run for the rides! If you have children it's better on the weekdays! Weekends are so crowded they bringing buses all day long!
If you're with children and can't deal with long lines then weekday. If without kids then weekends are doable. Just plan ahead so you know how to manage time and not miss on any shows.
Weekday, if you want to get on the rides with not much wait time.
