If you are referring to the free ones, they are only for certain months. Go to seaworlds website, then click on the menu button on the right corner. Then click on member portal. In there you should find your rewards. If there is a guest pass available, you click on redeem.
Log in with your barcode, not email. Or call them and they will do it for you.
You can download them and print, or go to guest services
You can buy online annual pass. Also for guest you can do it onlime.
