SeaWorld is a different park, apart from and in a different location than SeaWorld Aquatica. Each park requires it's own pass.
At SeaWorld you can ride all the rides with general admission except for Skytower and Bayside Skyride, which cost an extra $5 each.
The Seaworld and Water Park are two different venues. Not sure if you need two separate admission tickets. We have a pass that included both for the year.
I went to many shows and they didn't asked to pay extra. Only on the sky tower is a charge if you don't have a yearly pass.
