What can you eat with the one day pass and 25 dollar all you can eat pass. Does it include restaurants and anything from cart vendors?

The cart vendors aren't included in the food pass but there are several restaurants about 6 or more that you can visit once every hour.

All-Day Dining Deal entitles the guest to up to 3 total items each time through the line as often as once every hour until the published restaurant closing time. Valid at participating restaurants only, including Shipwreck Reef Café, Calypso Bay Smokehouse, Mama Stella’s Pizza Kitchen, Explorer's Café, Pineapple Pete’s Island Eats and Flatbreads & Fry Cones.
