Yes Sea World is open, I recommend the annual pass it's cheap and you can make payemnts. If you have any questions the customer service is awesome their. I went last week without reservations and it was not a problem but you can skip the line and pay online. They can also help over the phone, I've done it in the past and they are just as helpful as in person.
You need the reservation and worth the trouble. I wish it was always with reservation. Cleaning stations every where. The only thing lacking is the food because its all in containers semi pre made. No bad though. You blow through everything and no waiting for anything basically
Its open on the weekends during October for an event called spooktacular, you need an annual pass or single day ticket but either way you need a reservation for the day you want to go because they have reduced capacity
