Online, you log in into your account. Or at the park they can pull it up for you.
Go to the kiosk and you can print out her ticket. Or you can go online on your account and screen shot your extra ticket and send it to her and she can use it. Last just go up where you buy tickets and they'll give it to you.
Or use the self-service stations to the right of the entry gate and it will give you your guest tickets quick and easy.
U need to go to your pass member portal under member benefits and print out your guest ticket for her. Or u can do it at guest services when u arrive at the park.
I believe the free guest for season pass holders starts again on Nov 1. Its not all the time, you should make an account on the seaworld website, the account will give you access to all your benefits and tickets.
