Well here is what you could do. First do they have their residence card for San Diego? If so golf will be cheaper for them. Residence golf on the south course is 63 and the north is 53 give or take. If they are not residence of San Diego I would suggest calling TP and getting their prices for non-resident an just buying a visa gift card that would cover their round of golf.
