Local card is the way to go or Military. Also a walking cart is only $10 and the rounds are amazing and looooooong.

If your a city resident, its cheap. 60-80$. If you dont have that card its very expensive. 150-200. Plus the carts are 40$ a pop.
South course is $200 for non residents
