How do you pre-order, and how long is the wait on a usual summer day?

I don't know about preorder. On a cold winters morning last Thursday, at about 9:15 the wait was 45 minutes. I was told normal wait is 1:00-1:45 depending on time of day and day of week.

You pre-order by phone, and no wait for pre-orders.

There is no pre order and u still have to wait inline.

On a visit in Devembwt I was in a line for an hour for lunch. Worth the wait and trouble though
