This is the place for small plates just be ready to spend a lot. Lots of good tasting small plates for everyone to enjoy plus free popcorn. Just be warry of the price. They have dancing here on the weekends and the bar has good drinks. Try the corn icecream it really looks like corn! Fun to try once or twice!

Reviewing for a dinner, which was disappointingly overpriced and not as good as the restaurant groups other concepts. However, I can see how Camino would be very fun for a later drinks vibe with music as I enjoy with their other concept, Firehouse. I would not come back for a sit down dinner. Eat elsewhere in Little Italy and come back here for drinks and vibes. The food while similar to the menu style (even some dishes are the same) is a worse version of Kettner Exchange. They don’t have as many true sharing options which forces parties to spend a lot more. The Brussels sprouts were too salty and the portion looked so small the way they chose to plate it. Trout Ceviche was not it. The expected citrus flavor came at the very end, but the fishy-ness of trout turned off some diners. Not sure trout is the best ceviche fish…The chicken was very good though. Served well for sharing and was cooked delicately. The birria bao was great (same bao bun as the pig Mac at KEX)!

Came here based on a recommendation and realized it's super hyped. Great atmosphere and great service. Wish the menu had more options to choose from. Serving size was too small. A single taco was $17! and was supposed to be shareable? Please don't come here hungry. Food was okay.

pleasantly surprised how good the food was! yes, pricey for the portion size but not for the quality. loved the gordita crunch, the sauce/toppings complemented the meat really well. and the creamed yucca was like delicious queso dip with cubes of yucca for texture. the quesa birria and lamb barbacoa were also flavorful, just wish the lamb was more tender. i was impressed at the soft & fluffy white bun baos. good selection of natty/mexican wines! cocktails are yummy but not as strong as i prefer hahaha. inside ambience is darker and more intimate (and loud lol). will be back to chill on their back patio. note: 5% surcharge included in check. reservations available on tock.
