At "E" Street Chula Vista & Bayshore Drive is the parking lot to catch the shuttle bus to the Nature Discovery Center that is mostly indoor exhibits. Go to end of E street, west of Interstate 5 by the bay.

This is outdoor, very good place to walk and jogging.
