Nice place to launch your boat. There is a playground for the children and restrooms. Plenty of parking accept when events are held when parking becomes limited in available parking. Not far away from Broadway Goodwill Store, restaurants and AutoZone parts store

Pretty good parking. Easy to get around. A little bit of trash blowing around, and some transient motorhomes and trailers parked living there but nice facility overall.

Love this place. It’s a fun place to take the kids to enjoy the outdoors. The play ground is fun. And in the water there are ducks and other ocean birds to admire. There is a path that connects to the marina that is great to walk and bike ride. There is a grassy area to kick the soccer ball around and benches with covering to sit and eat with family and friends. There are restrooms near by, bring your own toilet paper just Incase they are out. The restrooms don’t have doors so it might be better to go in pairs.

Good park to go for your daily walk, also you can relax enjoying its beautiful sea view, this park allows public to grill and also has restrooms available.

Yes but remember that Chula Vista is deep in the San Diego bay with poor water exchange.

I've seen people there drinking. I've never taken alcohol myself since I'm usually there with my kids.
Most likely at the park yes you need it. Fishing off of the Pier we have never had issues or told we needed a license.

I've seen tents and stages here but im not sure if you need a permit.
Yes get permission for park it dont take long. Get chairs and table . set a date
