We received out dining room table today only to find we are missing screws to the chairs. I have been on hold with customer service for 15 minutes, how can I get a hold of someone?

Has anyone been able to get a 4 hour window convenient to you when setting up your delivery? Or did you have to wait for them to call you back too days before with their schedule? Great customer service, all calls go through call center good luck calling the store
