Dont cook. Goto gyro zone. Turns out perfect everytime and cleanup is a snap!
Put some flour on the meat and make sure your oil is hot when cooking it.
Cast iron skillet with canola oil. Cut it up and fry it just like you would chicken or beef.
Put it on a rack or skewer
On a spit, turning above flame....just go to Gyro Zone
