I'd recommend giving them a call directly to inquire. All of the owners and employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. They generally have seasonal items, but I've not been in for a few weeks, so I'm not sure about their Mardi Gras items.
Not sure but they do have lots of cakes and pastries and do take custom orders
