Hi Vanessa, I will reach out to someone from the appropriate department and have them give you a call or email. We certainly place a high priority on returning calls with integrity. It is not uncommon for our office call log to have 100-300 calls to return just from one day, but we strive to make sure they are returned by the end of day. It could be that your case manager is still awaiting an update themselves before reaching out.
