Absolutely the most lackadaisical approach to representation I've ever encountered. When appearing the hearing with the ALJ the only thing discussed about my disability was the most minute part. Arthritis in my thumbs. Not my ceiling mental health issues exacerbated by the grief I endured from the loss of my youngest son, not my COPD, not the osteoarthritis throughout my body. When the judges denial came in it took 44 days for them to get back to me telling me they weren't going to appeal. I only get 60 days to get that appeal request in and now I have 16 days to do it myself and it's not an easy process. They did nothing at all that was beneficial towards my case.

If you literally just want to let somebody else do all the work for you please contact this company. I literally just had to sign where they said to sign and pick up two phone calls from the state and everything else was handled. I was not stressed out throughout the whole process and that's hella freaking cool! I highly recommend using them and leaving them a really good review. Thank you for all that you do. 😊🌻

They are always nice and very patient with me on the phone . They all take care about your wellbeing, also explain in my terms what's going to happen. They always call me to let me know how my case is going. So I like to thank you guys for all your help. And still helping me thank you. Ema

They took care of the details I just had to keep them updated on doc appoint. When where what for. In the beginning I was bounced around to agent to agent for awhile.settled with Jose then court came and I spoke with Michael who was wonderful! Everyone was amazing. Thank you so much for all you have done. Now let's find my missing back pay!

Hi Vanessa, I will reach out to someone from the appropriate department and have them give you a call or email. We certainly place a high priority on returning calls with integrity. It is not uncommon for our office call log to have 100-300 calls to return just from one day, but we strive to make sure they are returned by the end of day. It could be that your case manager is still awaiting an update themselves before reaching out. We do have several departments in our office that each specialize in the different steps as your claim travels through the process, so please know you're in caring hands. Thank you for trusting us to help you!
I hired this firm 15 months ago (but who's counting?) Their receptionist has called me a couple of times to offer me information I'd received previously from DDS. Anastasia has been very kind, but iv never conversed with an actual attorney. Despite being eligible, iv no delusions of winning my case with this firm's representation. I can lose better on my own. Iv fired them, and they couldn't care less!
Morgan Beard left the firm of her own volition.
Ms. Walker, we don't regularly monitor this email and so didn't see your question until now.
