You have a better chance of speaking with a person if you call between 8 and 9 in the morning. Routes are determined by pick ups and drop off's. I don't know of anywhere they don't or won't go. It is 1.50 per person per ride. Not sure if Vet's receive a discount. The Bus's are set up for any type of mobility device with power lift's to get you in and out safely. The drivers are also very well trained to assist and make sure you feel safe and comfortable. I live in Tecumseh and utilize the bus to get to Adrian then catch a ride back a few hours later. Also, be sure to tell them if you are going to a medical appointment; they make sure you arrive on time. Also, most of the drivers are veterans themselves. I always feel very safe riding with them.
