I'd give 0 stars if I could. So unreliable. Incompetent drivers unable to manage time, always late for pickup. You will call to be put on pickup list, and then all of a sudden your not in their pickup list. Always have an excuse for their failure to be on time. Save yourself some anguish and time; drive yourself.

Kelly Slaton they need a buss schedule so they can plan a trip this bus transporvice need to be more organized and get dispatchers that want to do there jobs all I get is no route found so why don't they just send a schedule on there web page so people can know what time they leave and know when they can pick up for over 2 weeks ive been trying to get a time when they can pick up tation ser.i need a scheduled time for the trax transportation services.
Yes. They will pick you up at your house, take you wherever you want (multiple stops), and then take you home again. All on your schedule, but you have to call 24 hours in advance to schedule.
Nope, Never! I have called many times, different hours, different days, and not one single time have I ever gotten an answer to phone call just a recording of Yolanda who obviously never answers or returns calls!
We most definitely can take you to eye doctor but unfortunately you would have to have caretaker or family member with you..We drop you off and you call into dispatch when you are ready to be picked up..you are allowed to have someone go with you..thanks!
