Yes, but I'll be showing up at 3:30p I have the form ready to fill out and everything I'll need for a replacement ssc, will I be able to do that today? (I was and did.)
You can just walk-in and take a number and try your luck, but you might have to wait a long while. Making an appointment is the faster way to go.
