The Manager Guy who is there 11am 5/28/2022 is such a smug pretentious person, to allow him to be near customers let alone a manager is just unacceptable! Especially if as the manager he has no clue of the USPS operation or current policies! Even more unactable is calling for 1hr to find out when the Post Master will be in next just to get disconnected every time! This manager needs actions taken against him for his inability to manage and know simple information a manager should know! I will be contacting the Beaverton Post Master 2 times weekly till this gentleman and his role in this facility are delt with! Again every step of the way unacceptable! At least from this point If I don't see an audience with my concerns, I'll have this post and review here as a time stamp to remind me to take further and more serious action in the future! Have a blessed day all!

I was here to make appointment for passport but they didn't do and they told me to do it only online. My question is if we have to do it online then what they are do over there and zero respectful and zero customer service

Every winter when it rains my mail carrier walks across the lawn or doesn't walk down our walk way. I have a note on my mail box telling them to please not do this. They have killed our grass and when it rains it causes a very muddy area. We have even tried re-seeding this area. It doesn't help because they all ignore it. I am so tired of talking to them about this I want to just throw my mail at them. Can you help me with this problem?

I’m not one to leave reviews bc I don’t care but I was struggling to find a package bc it said “delivered to a parcel locker” (even tho my apartment complex does not have lockers big enough to hold the package I was receiving) so I checked management at my apartment to see if they were holding it and they weren’t. That’s when I went to this post office to check if they were holding it and from the reviews I was expecting rude service so I made sure to have lots of patience before walking in. I told the person in the front what was going on (he didn’t look welcoming but he did his job lol) and he sent me to this window where all the P.O. Boxes were at and it was really helpful. The guy at that window was super nice and helped me figure out what was going on with my package. Moral of the story be patient with these ppl, yeah it’s their job to have good customer service but they’re human too.

Small to medium sure, there is a drop box in the lobby area. If it is oversize not likely.
Absolutely! We do passport renewals as well as new passports. Renewals for adults do NOT need an appointment, however, minors renewing DO need an appointment to renew. All brand new passports require an appointment. Appointments can be made at USPS.com Monday thru Friday 945-330. Pictures available at a cost of $15. Hope that helps, Bill .

You have to go there and ask them
Notary service isn't mentioned on their list on the Web. The two places I'm most used to finding notaries are banks and mailbox/shipping places, although there may be a fee at either (the bank may waive theirs for some or all account holders).
U go to to Seattle call make appt dont know of any post office that can do that in 2 weeks think ahead
You can pick out your own box any kind you want but you have to run it by the postmaster for approval on where to set your mailbox on your property
A lock change costs $40. The post office window clerks are unable to determine which mailbox is yours. The only person who can tell you for sure is the clerk who completes the lock change.
Pre-address one is OK. At the clounter clerk ad the over night label. Good luck.
It might be that your route does not have a regular carrier. So, others who are not familiar with that route delivers the mail and sometimes they fall behind delivering the mail. We are hiring more mail carriers and it will take some time to get them fully trained.

If you go in to the office and ask at the window, a supervisor would be more than happy to assist you. However, if you'd prefer to call, you can dial 800 ask usps (275-8777) and be routed to your neighborhood post office to resolve your issue. Hope this helps!
