No appointment needed for the self serve wash. We do limit each tub to 2 people (due to Covid), if there is a wait please sign in at the desk and wait outside/in car and we will come get you when we have a tub empty and clean. Weekends are the busiest, we are closed Tues/Wed and last bath is 30 minutes before we close. Thanks for reaching out and hope to see you soon. :)
