There’s only a few good employees at this location which seems to be the trend at most locations but the manager Dez is defiantly not manger material as she’s very rude to her staff, well at least a few of them from what I can tell from the few times I’ve been in lately. Sad part is doesn’t seem like lane Bryant takes complaints seriously as there’s many on here about employees attitudes and lack of help. So I’ll be shopping somewhere else.

If I could I would give them no stars for this location. This was the worst customer service I've ever received since I've been shopping with this company. And if you look at my track record for shopping with the company it has been quite a few years. Mary has zero customer service skills or maybe it was just with me. I was in this location shopping for a few outfits to wear for vacation. You guys were running the sale for the Livi collection $49 top and bottom. I picked out several outfits and the employee Courtney tells me that tops with the zippers on them weren't part of the sale. but when I looked it up online they were part of it. So I asked Courtney why is it online but not in store. She tells me that they can't honor what's online in store. So I just made my two separate purchases with Mary and I wanted to use my Lane Bryant rewards. But Mary told me I can only use one per transaction. I told her thatches is the first time I ever heard that. Previous purchases I was able to use multiple rewards. Mary said that per corporate they are only allowed to use one per transaction. Please explain to me why is it that each store has different rules when running your stores. All I am saying is that Mary and Courtney needs a refresher course of customer service. Because what they both gave me was terrible. I can truly say I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THE LOCATION EVER AGAIN. Clackamas Promenade 8922 SE Sunnyside Road Clackamas, OR 97015

Great store with lots of selections. Staff will help order anything you want online that isn't in the store. Always great deals for under garments!

Great help. Getting a combo of online and in the store items. The one thing I would like are more 3/25 sleeves. Cute active wear. But sleeves too short. Smaller prints would be nice.
