Define unhappy. If its a restaurant error, of course. If its because you didn't like it for whatever reason, absolutely not. Restaurants aren't in business for you to order there product and conveniently decide I want something else or my money back; all the while you're full and never paid a some. If it was my business, if a customer wanted something else because they didn't read the menu correctly or told the cashier the wrong item when they ordered, I'll make them something different but they will have to pay for that as well. People are always trying to score something for free...
Only within a certain time after the order and normally if they were at fault for making it wrong not getting the whole order right like missing a burger or fry
