Very slow service. We ordered four sandwiches and only found out we got three. We ordered curly fries and we had curly fries with tater tots, onions and assorted other fried items. Would not go again, waste of money and extremely slow service.

If u want overpriced food and terrible customer service this is the place for u! This location is filthy inside and out. Cooks just standing around not cleaning or preparing any orders. It's a hit or miss on whether I'll be waiting 5 or 25 minutes. Customer service is so bad it's almost funny. If u hate ur job so much there's other fast food places to work

Zips used to be my go to for fast food until I had some bad experiences, so when I drove past the location in Mead I had no intention of stopping. Until I did. And I'm glad I did. This is by far the best location I've been to. Clean and fast and friendly service. And the burger I got was fresh and wasn't burnt like other locations! The lady at the counter Cheyanna was fast and efficient and made sure I had want I needed for an enjoyable meal, doing so with a smile on her face. I'd come back just for the service but having good food makes it even better!

Food is always good. Prices suck. We bought 5 papa Joe's for over $20 when their was a family deal that included at least 4 papa Joe's (it was either 4 or 5) and fries for less money. Nobody told us there was a more reasonable way to get our burgers. Felt like someone should have said, "consider this deal".

Define unhappy. If its a restaurant error, of course. If its because you didn't like it for whatever reason, absolutely not. Restaurants aren't in business for you to order there product and conveniently decide I want something else or my money back; all the while you're full and never paid a some. If it was my business, if a customer wanted something else because they didn't read the menu correctly or told the cashier the wrong item when they ordered, I'll make them something different but they will have to pay for that as well. People are always trying to score something for free...

Our staff and customers are required to wear masks inside building at all times per mandate. We also sanitize surfaces and use hand sanitizer and hand washing. We take employees temperatures daily. The safety of our customers and staff is of the utmost importance.
