My 4-year old male (neutered, indoor) cat has been lethargic all night, has a dry nose, seems to feel some distress in his stomach? (lower rear underside; not sure what organs it would be), and won't drink or eat. Only the last 12 hours

Sounds like a UTI. They will take great care of him but I'd get him in asap.
