Freebird is correct. Usually there is a minimal fee but once or twice a year they have adoption specials.
I believe adoption fee is $35 and includes shots and neutering or spaying. They do hold a free adoption sometimes when they get over crowded
There is an adoption fee I'm sure. Nothing is free!
