They do ask for a surrender fee, the fee is noted on their website.
As far as i know no charge for dropping off an animal. You can double check by calling SPCA.
I don't know of a charge for it, or not. I do know that if your pet isn't aggressive they'll try hard to find a good home for it.
No charge. If you are unable to care for your pet, just drop him or her off. The SPCA will assess and render any veterinarian needs. And, will find him or her a new home.
