My neighbors cat keeps having kittens and they are doing nothing about it. There are three right now and she is pregnant. I have 4 of my own that are fixed. What should I do.

The resource center will spay the cat if the neighbors will call and set up the appt. You can also drop off the animals to the shelter and they will place the 3 cats in a home. The cost to spay them is inexpensive. It was $10 to neuter a dog.

Tell them they can get voucher for the cats to get fixed. Offer to pay the 10 bucks...?
