It is a kill shelter if they don't find a place for them or if the animals really sick. Someone recently tried to take three kittens in there and they were told if the kittens were not adopted out by the end of the day that we're going to be euthanized.
Don't think so I think that's a very very last resort
They will put dogs and cats down if they dont have room
