Depending on which camp ground and it has to be in the fire ring
Depending if there is a no burn in place other than that you can have camp fires usless they post no burning
If you build one in the river you should be fine
While they dont list anything online, at the "Last Resort" shop at the beginning of the campground they have notices saying the fire warning and burn ban will be in effect all season for 99% of the park. They do, however, tell you which areas of the canyon you can have a fire in, if any.
