Its possible that they are currently at max capacity for your specific animal at the moment and if that's the case they cant take more of them in until spots open up, this type of situation can happen anytime at any shelter not just this one. Maybe instead of putting a company on blast that cant fulfill your needs kindly ask them why they cant do what you want them to do and then ask if they have any recommendations as to where to go so you can get what you need done.

They take care of the animals they already have. A lot of the work is done by volunteers. Perhaps you could help and maybe see why they aren't taking all comers👍

We will take owner surrenders IF we have room. Almost weekly we make trips to other high kill shelter‘s and pull animals that are at risk of being euthanized.
