Can these people read or make what you order I should have learned the first time I ate here not to ever come back here that will be the last time I ever come here so my question is if you know of a burger king that gives you what you order

Burger joints are what they are. Its not the place, its the employees. So if you had a problem with them i suggest that you file a complaint with the manager and judge the place by the reaction you get from the management.!!!
