I stayed for about 3 months but during the busy summer this may not be an option unless your going to pay the regular rent rate per day. I'm not sure if they want long term residents as its really not set up for that. So I would say probably not to your question
There's a chance. They are decent folks. I know that they have had folks there with camper trailers for extended periods of time
You would have to call them. I was just camping (tent) with my parents in their RV we stayed 2 nights 3 days. It's close to the beach!
