No, the ship we were on did not have a full ramp. Thankfully my mother inlaw could get out of her chair and move across to the boat.
Yes, there are tables with ample space for a wheelchair. You can also access the outside deck.
I believe so but not sure how you would get to the upper decks. But should be able to get on the boat with ease I would assume
