Yes when they're boarding they're very busy
Usually when they are boarding it gets busy just try leaving a voicemail and they will call back asap there is almost always a line waiting out front so that is why sometimes it's hard for them to answer
I had a question and left a voice message with them and they got back to me the following morning with a detailed response. I very much appreciated that.
