My name is Daniel Eutsler. My question concerns the Milwaukie boat ramp. I'm a retired 100 % disabled veteran. My Oregon parking number is 493838. Why am I not allowed to sit in my car when there are only two boats trailer/ Pu spaces used.

Yes a person in a marked Milwaukie hybrid type car. He said he had just written a ticket for someone parking in one of the spaces. I have no idea if that person was inside the car or not. I titalky understand the isdue of nedding the trailer pu spaces. However i was inside the car not really pulled to the space. There ware many unused spaces for boaters. It just appears that some clarification needs to stated that acvomodates EVERYONE. Ive been visiting the milwaukie waterfront for almost 60 years. These changes where citizens ( tax payers) cant participate in the wsterfront and ONLY those with a boat trailer are allowed to park there serns terribly wrong. Itd publuc use property....not a private boaters ramp to used exckusively by boaters. In that part of the lot there us only 1 dusabled osrking soace...with no view of the river. The other disabled space is for a boat and trailer ONLY. As a dusabled person im not sure if this dituation meets the Federal Standards disab. Act
