Walked in from the parking lot with my boyfriend's quad-tip cane, which was missing one of the tips. One of the gentlemen working there was practically ALREADY AT THE COUNTER with two packages of cane tips. He immediately set about determining which size I needed, popped a new one on, and rang me up. It took me a moment to realize: "Oh, you saw me coming!" Laughter all around. "Yes, there's generally only one reason why anyone carries a cane in here!" In and out in less than two minutes. The two men and one woman behind the counter were all friendly and engaging, and I left a little sorry that I didn't at LEAST have a chance to browse. I will definitely return to do that. You won't find better customer service anywhere.

We drove 35 minutes across town to watch the open sign go off. My daughter ran to the door. She was let in and the employee took care of three people after he turned sign off and made sure that a veteran got a discount and told me that they even give senior discounts.

The item I bought was much less expensive than I expected and the service was excellent. I hope I don't need anything else from there, but if I do, I'll certainly go back.
