This place is amazing! My fathers discharge did not go nearly as planned This is the first time i have had to deal with taking care of anybody and bellevue healthcare has been great. Even delivering oxygen with in a hour of a call when they are about to close. And not even an emergency. I've dealt with probably 4 or 5 staff memebers and ALL of them are truly amazing and care about helping amd foxing the situation.

I rented my Mother a portable oxygen concentrator so we could go on a very long road trip. Unfortunately we had a few serious issues with the equipment along the way. The first time we called the person we spoke to wasn't helpful at all. My Mother is oxegen dependent so we were very lucky to have brought along extra oxegen tanks or the situation could of been a whole lot worse than it actually was. Now with that being said, I have left this company a 5 star review because when we called back and spoke with Joe, he went the extra mile in taking care of a very bad situation. Thank you Joe!! Sometimes mistakes and oversight happen. While this oversight could have been fatal, thankfully it wasn't. And I truly feel the company learned a valuable lesson and handled the situation with the upmost professionalism. If I ever need medical equipment/rental services again in this area Bellevue will be my first choice. 😁
