Hi Janice! The answer to you question has a few different layers. The Stafford employs an Executive Chef, Michael Schultz, that has work with the Stafford for over eight years. He consults on our seasonal menu, writes our daily specials, coordinates our catering both inside and outside of the community, and works side by side with our five other cooks. Running a restaurant style kitchen that is open to the public would be an almost impossible task to accomplish by oneself. With all that being said, if you come to visit the Stafford you will commonly see our Chef helping out on the line or prepping for the next meal. He would tell you that he loves this time with his cooks to help train and teach them. Hopefully this answers your question. Always feel free to reach out us directly if you have a question.
