Today Tom, the person that didn't do the job right for which I had to wait to get the job fixed, was disrespectful, invalidating and condescending. Again the job will not work to get printed and look decent. He kept repeating it was done correctly and is wonderful. I said okay thanks can I have my materials back, he kept denyingmy materialsand explaininghow good the job was,,he is "first you have to first...you know "smeerky tone , I explained I already paid and instead of apologize and stop the manner he said I am convinced there is an adjustment. There wasn't. Michael the manager is wonderful but please re train this employee. No people skills. Should not try customer service in his possible professional fields.

If you need assistance with FedEx, this should be your store of choice! This morning I visited the store, after an hour of unsuccessful/unanswered attempts online with FedEx. Michael, the manager, took on my issue without hesitation. He was focused and diligent in searching for the information, and in turn providing me with the answers that I needed. Michael and his team provide customer centric to your business/ personal needs!

Best customer service! I had a package delivered from IKEA to this location. The packages arrived on two separate days, so I ended up visiting this location two days in a row with a toddler in tow both times. I had different people help me each visit and both employees were efficient, helpful and went above and beyond to help me load the boxes into my car. I left after the first visit thinking I should leave a review and after an equally good visit the next day, here I am to say THANK YOU!

Yes!
6 p.m. for ground, or Express West Coast, Express East Coast is earlier like 3 something. Check the website at FedEx dot-com or Google it, that's faster.
