My electric bill is usually under 40 a month but that's because I keep the lights off when I'm not in the room there is no air conditioning except in the hallways you have to pay to do ur own laundry..
Electric is cheap, no air conditioning but you can have at you're own expense.good neighbors subsidized apt, section 42 (just low income, below the poverty limit. I love it
