on the third level of the parking garage is there a door or do you have to use an elevator or are there stairs ?

If you park on the backside of of Shriners Hospital in Portland there is a another garage area to park that takes you directly into the first floor lobby. You don't have to use the parking garage under the hospital and take the elevator up. I hope this helps. Don't be afraid to ask for help.
