The trail is well marked and fairly obvious for most of the way. At the top it can get a little confusing, just make sure you don't veer too far right and you'll end up back on the correct trail
The point is to get lost in the woods, but yes like Mason said theres signs with the miliage to the next junction. Take a picture of the map before you head out on the trail that way you can keep track of where you're at. Happy hiking
