They have a little of everything as you know! I downloaded their App … because I can then find the item on the app and it tells me what isle and shelf it’s located on! I purchased some lumber, hardware items, flowers, they matched the color from an old can of stain …. I purchased a new gallon and It was a perfect match!

I ordered some fence material and scheduled delivery on a Monday that I had worked my schedule around to make happen. Received a voicemail from someone at the Valley Lowes location saying that my delivery had been rescheduled for Thursday with a 8:00am - 8:00pm window the Sunday before it was supposed to deliver. Spent 25 minutes on hold being passed around by customer service until they hung up on me. I tried to call back and it just rang for 5 minutes without any answer. I get that schedules sometimes change but there seems to be no accountability here. Moral of the story. Just rent a trailer and pick your own stuff up. Lowes does not respect your time.

Went in to replace my broken craftsman ratchet. Was told by one person in customer service to grab an equal replacement and bring it to the counter, (after waiting over 30 minutes to even even talk to someone), just to wait another 20 minutes. Just to talk to another person, who told me I had to call craftsman and get a RA number. Which craftsman tells me is not needed... Lowe's needs to train their team better, and have better relationship with craftsman, as far as their lifetime warranty goes. Not coming back to this Lowe's ever! I'll just drive to another town if i need to. Worst experience at Lowe's ever!
